Classes

Pregnancy yoga

We start with a welcome where we talk about different pregnancy / birth topics each week and then work on some breathing/ visualisation techniques to help you when in labour.

Yoga based exercises are an important part of each session you don't need any previous experience of yoga.

These are followed by gentle massage techniques.
We then break for tea and my delicious homemade cake which gives you the precious opportunity to have a chat with other mums to be.
Finally, we end the session with a well-earned relaxation.
1 in 4 classes we use exercise/birthing balls which builds on techniques for labour and also variety of yoga postures.
